RSY and LJY are teaming up to bring our bogrim an opportunity to enact their movement's value of Tikkun Olam and help repair the world through volunteering and education.
Cancellation Policy: Up until the 1st July a full refund will be given minus an admin fee of £10. A 50% refund will be available, minus the admin fee, before the 1st August. After this date we will be unable to issue a refund unless under exceptional circumstances.
Staff
There will be two rashim leading on the event who will coordinate logistics and facilitate processing with the participants. They will be supported by the RSY-Netzer and LJY-Netzer movement workers from the UK.
A typical day
Morning: Wake up and breakfast in the hostel before driving to the warehouse and being allocated a work station
Afternoon: We'll work till 4pm with communal lunch at the warehouse. Daily tasks include sorting and processing of donations as well as preparation for distribution of supplies, preparing hot food, checking tents, litter-picking, packing blankets or buying supplies.
Evening: At the end of the day we'll head back to the hostel and meet as a group to process. Some evenings there will also be peer led education and processing activities.
